Confirmation of receipt
Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the acceptance of your materials, along with the payment details.
Payment for publication
Make the payment according to the provided details and send a copy of the payment receipt in response to the confirmation email.
Publication of materials
The materials will be published approximately within 10 days after the conference date on the website researcheurope.org. On the same day, all materials will also be sent to the participants by email.

Guidelines for authors
1. File format: .doc or .docx.
2. Filename: Surname_manuscript and Surname_form.
3. Language: English, Ukrainian, or any official language of the European Union.
4. Recommended length: 2 to 4 pages.
5. Maximum number of co-authors: no more than 4.
6. Page layout: A4. Margins: 2 cm on all sides.
7. Font: Tіmes New Roman. Font size: 14 pt. First line indent: 1 cm. Line spacing: single.
8. The UDC must be placed before the title of the paper and aligned to the left.
9. Author information вирівнюється праворуч та обов’язково пишеться англійською мовою, де зазначається: ім’я та прізвище, заклад та місто, посилання на ORCID iD автора. Якщо тези доповіді на українській або іншій мові, то також вказується інформація про авторів мовою тез.
10. Назва тез доповіді must be centered and written in English. If the paper is written in Ukrainian or another language, the title must also be provided in the language of the paper.
11. The abstract розміщується з абзацу та обов’язково пишеться англійською мовою обсягом від 300 до 500 символів (із пробілами). Якщо тези доповіді на українській або іншій мові, то також вказується анотація мовою тез.
12. Keywords розміщуються з абзацу та обов’язково пишуться англійською мовою. Кількість ключових слів від 3 до 5. Якщо тези доповіді на українській або іншій мові, то також вказуються ключові слова мовою тез.
13. If the conference paper is written entirely in English, it is not necessary to duplicate the author information, title, abstract, or keywords in Ukrainian or any other language.
14. Figures and tables must include captions with the source indicated. Figures must be grouped as a single editable graphical object on the canvas. Style: font size – 12 pt; line spacing – single.
15. Formulas must be typed in MS Word and numbered on the right side.
16. References must be formatted in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 8302:2015 or APA Style (7th edition). Citation format: [1, p. 105]. Examples of reference formatting according to DSTU 8302:2015 are available on the page.
The authors hold personal responsibility for both content and quality of the submitted materials. Minor stylistic or formal corrections may be made without seeking the consent of the authors.
